The assault caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
